Frequently Asked Questions

 

1. How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated by the weight and the destination address of the order.

2. When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 3 business days of placing your order.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive a notification via email or SMS text with your tracking information.

4. How do I cancel or change my order?

You cannot cancel your order once it is shipped.  You can use the pre-shipment slip to return your order.  You will receive a store credit once we receive the order.

5. What is your return and exchange policy?

All orders must be returned within 30 days for full store credit.  After 30 days your order cannot be returned.  Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received. 

At this time we do not accept exchanges. 

Items on sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or merchandise credit.

6. Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, we offer local delivery to customers located in the St. Thomas, U.S.V.I. location at an additional $5 fee.  Local delivery times are Monday to Saturday, 3:30pm to 7:30pm.

7. Do you offer local pickup?

Yes we offer local pickup at two separate locations.  Please call for an appointment for local pickup.  Local pick-up hours are from 3:30pm to 7:30pm, Monday to Saturday.

8. How do I choose the right size for my body type?

A size guide is provided for each product.  Compare the measurements of the size guide to your own body measurements to ensure you are choosing the right size for you.
