Sugarz Chique ships on-hand inventory directly from the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed by 5:00pm EST are processed the same business day.  Orders placed after 5:00pm EST will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Destination
  • Selected shipping method

Rates are provided by our shipping carriers at the time of purchase.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier but typically range from 3-7 business days after shipment for U.S. destinations.

Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays beyond our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Our primary shipping carrier is USPS. In some cases, alternative carriers may be used depending on package size, weight, or destination.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Sugarz Chique Boutique is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.  Re-shipping fees may apply if an order is returned due to address errors.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@sugarzchique.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the damaged item.  We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist with a resolution
