responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the
customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address,
the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact
us at info@sugarzchique.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date
or receipt of the damaged item. We will work with the shipping carrier
to investigate the issue and find a suitable resolution.

At Sugarz Chique Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@sugarzchique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. There is no restocking fee for returns.

I’ve always been in love with fashion - not just the clothes, but the creativity, the confidence, and the power behind personal style. For years, I dreamed of expressing that love through design, styling, and building something of my own. That dream became Sugarz Chique.
But this brand means more than fashion.
It’s personal. It’s legacy.
Sugarz Chique is named after my late brother - his nickname was Sugarz, and growing up, they called me Lil Sugarz. He was taken from us due to gun violence, and his loss changed everything. I wanted to build something that carried his name in light of- something that reflected beauty, boldness, and strength, just like he saw in me. This boutique is my tribute to him - and my gift to women everywhere.
I created Sugarz Chique for the bold and beautiful women who own their space, speak through their style, and walk like they mean it. But I also created it for the woman who needs a little reminder. The one learning to love herself. I’ve been her - I’ve struggled with confidence most of my life. That’s why I curate fashion that empowers.
